FINAL PAPER
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
In order for your paper to be in the conference proceedings and IEEE
Xplore you need to complete these four steps:
1.
Register for the conference with payment
2.
Upload your paper to IEEE Conference eXpress
3.
Approve your PDF file
4.
Submit your copyright transfer
1. REGISTER FOR THE
CONFERENCE
You MUST register for the conference with payment before you
can upload your paper.
You will need your Registration Code (confirmation).
If you are submitting your registration by Fax please allow
at least 3 business days for your registration to be processed
before you will receive your code by e-mail

It is imperative, that the
same author upload the paper(s), review, and approved PDFs, and
submit copyright form. (Only one e-mail address can be identified to
a registration code). When you are done with the registration, you
will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload
your paper in the following step.
PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE.
ALTHOUGH THE CODE ENABLES SUBMISSION OF UP TO THREE PAPERS, IT CAN
BE USED ONLY ONCE, BY YOU, TO CREATE ONE AUTHOR ACCOUNT FOR THESE
SUBMISSIONS.
2.
UPLOAD YOUR PAPER
IEEE
Conference eXpress Site will be open on
21 November 2009.
Your paper must be received by 21 December 2009 (8:00pm EST) for it
to be in the proceedings.
Remember that the maximum page length
is 9 pages of the Technical Program and 5 pages for the
Mini-Symposium, IEEE INFOCOM is not accepting over length papers.
You will need the following to upload your source
file:

Conference ID: infocom10
-
Your registration code: given after you completed your
registration
-
Your EDAS paper ID number (not
your EDAS author account number)
DO NOT upload your paper to EDAS!! Your final
paper submission needs to be done through IEEE
Conference eXpress.
To upload your paper for submission go to http://www.ieee.org/conferencepublishing
using the Conference ID:
infocom10. If you
experience technical problems uploading your paper, email IEEE
eXpress at

3.
APPROVAL OF THE PDF FILE
Approximately 20 minutes
after you upload your final paper you will receive an email with
instructions on how to review and approve your PDF file.
4. SUBMIT YOUR
COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
After you upload your final paper and approve the
PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress
account. This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic)
Copyright form. When you receive your confirmation email after
completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit),
you will not need to
fax or mail a paper copyright form.
CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and
complete the copyright transfer no later than 21 December 2009
8:00pm EST. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from
the program and it will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
IEEE and
IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY POLICIES
All IEEE
INFOCOM 2010 technical and mini-symposium papers
must be associated with an author registration at the FULL rate. For
authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid
for up to three papers.
“IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after
the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not
presented at the conference.”
