ENTRY TO THE US and VISA ASSISTANCE
Make your arrangements for entry into the United
States
EARLY.
These
arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee; it may take a
few months to receive your VISA.
Information on entry to the United States can be found at:
http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html
VISA WAIVIER COUNTRIES
Citizens of the 35 countries in the National Visa Waiver Program are
eligible to travel without a VISA, however you need to obtain an
approved travel authorization prior to your travel to the United
States. The actual approval form and additional information may be
at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html.
FOR AUTHORS of TECHNICAL and MINI-SYMPOSIUM PAPERS
Authors can obtain visa letters through
EDAS. When you log onto your personal home page & into your
paper you submitted there will be a letter shaped icon (visa
letter). Once you click on it, a PDF of the visa letter is
generated.
OTHER ATTENDEES
All other attendees
must register for the conference with payment before a VISA
assistance letter will be generated.
After you have
registered complete the visa assistance request form at
